EdenRoc Sciences is a privately-held biotechnology company formed to cultivate world-class life sciences start-up companies. EdenRoc specializes in enabling efficient translation of top tier academic and government science into technologies which provide novel and cutting-edge research tools, diagnostics, and pharmaceuticals.

EdenRoc has founded its subsidiaries based on novel science, often in the form of intellectual property licensed from top universities. The subsidiaries operate as autonomous companies with their own leadership and objectives.

Each is aided by a small group of personnel at the parent (EdenRoc) level, who support core business functions including legal, human resources, benefits, accounting, finance, IT, and business planning. Additionally, each subsidiary is aided by the resources and collaboration of the other subsidiaries.

This cross-fertilization is fostered by shared board oversight and the fact that employees and advisors are granted equity at the EdenRoc level. The result is a cooperative group of start-ups, each working for the benefit of all.
